Hallelujah Diet is a special diet that has been devised by George Malkmus and his wife and is named after their farm Hallelujah acres. It basically consists of organic food with a little allowance for cooked foods as well (10 to 15%) and is well supplemented to promote weigh loss with minimum effort.

The recommended food is bulky in nature and thus fills you up with least amount of calories.

The Hallelujah diet is based upon Malkmus’ thoughts that juice is the best way to make the body to absorb the nutrients. It also relies on the fact that food in its natural form is best for the body. The food that you eat is not absorbed more than 35% but the same quantity of juice will result in more than 90% absorption of nutrients present in the juice. This diet relies on basic facts and thus is worth a try.
