Childhood obesity is an emerging problem and there are lesser methods to take care of that. Luckily Frank Gotti with the help of his mother, his lacrosse coach and his doctor has written a book known as ‘the Gotti Diet in which he describes a seven step plan to counter obesity. After all he lost 80 pounds and transformed himself from a bulky boy to a lean but strong teenager.
There are no strict rules which need to be followed and nothing special is to be done. This book just gives suggestions about how to go about tackling morbid obesity in childhood. In the Gotti Diet he has used his experience and has devised his own seven step plan. It basically asks us to exercise to look good and eat what is right for a growing body.
The Gotti diet plan:
• Acknowledge your condition.
• Talk to people to find what you are doing wrong.
• Think that you can and understand that it takes time.
• Check what you eat through the week and analyse.
• Use the book to find what better you can eat.
• Get serious.
• Start cardio and lifting weights and increase gradually.
Use this plan to get what you want.
