Unlike other diet plans this plan stresses on long term and sustainable weight loss instead of fast, quick and unreliable methods of losing weight. He does not guarantee any easy or quick weight loss. Instead he wants you to know that losing weight is not as easy and quick as suggested by some of the diet plans.</p>
