This diet was first introduced in Japan&#8217;s social networking site ‘Mixi’ and it became so popular that it made shortage of banana in Japan. According to a survey result the consumption of banana increased to 80% just in one year.</p>
<p>The diet was created by Hitoshi Watanabe who has studied preventative medicine and his wife Sumiko who is a pharmacist. You just only need to eat banana in breakfast with room temperature water, not to worry about rest meal.</p>
