Acai Burn - Acai berry/green tea mix
Acai Burn is blend of the Acai berry and green tea - another product that helps weight loss. As usual, it is combined with strict diet and appropriate exercise (see references below for further notes). The ingredients include various herbs beside the mentioned ones. The mix is supposed to help achieving the final goal – splendid figure, but is it efficient?
It is yet another product used by Hollywood stars (at least so it is rumored) who wish to achieve good looks in short time. Whatever the reason, we cannot deny the Acai berry is healthy and green tea does improve metabolism, but how does that contribute to weight loss?
To be sure, this super food is very healthy. The Acai certainly helps in fat burning - to some extent. However, there is no specific diet or exercise program recommended alongside. And I shouldn’t remind you the three components (diet, exercise, supplement) are inseparable.
Ingredients: Acai extract, garcinia cambogia, gymnema sylvestre, chromium polynicotinate and green tea.
Note: Acai Burn also contains caffeine, linked to potential side effects.
Unlike majority of Acai products (which are 100% natural and may be used by everyone), it is recommended to consult your doctor when using Acai Burn – particularly if you are taking medication, are pregnant or are breastfeeding.
Recommended dose: 2 capsules a day.
As with other Acai line products, the manufacturers recommend 30-minutes daily exercises – three days a week -, restrain from food after 7.30 PM and 8 glasses of water daily.
Keeping all these facts in mind, you should choose wisely whether this product suits you. In case it does, keep in mind you should exercise and impose a diet – find a way out.
