In this diet it is advised to include upto four tablespoons of coconut oil daily. There are basically four phases to the diet:

First phase of the diet is a 21-day weight loss kickoff in which dieter takes three meals consist of lean protein and vegetables and one or two snacks throughout the day. Also makers of the diet claims to lose 10 pounds during this length of time.

Second Phase involves a cleansing process. vegetables and fiber containing fluids are taken which helps to cleanse the internal organs. This plan also suggests colon cleanser as well.

Third Phase involves healthy carbohydrates which are strictly prohibited at the beginning of the diet.  Dieters are also recommended to add grains, fruits and limited amounts of starchy vegetables.

Fourth Phase is basically maintenance that is to maintain the weight after losing upto the desired stage. In this phase many additional foods are introduced while sweets, alcohol and some fruits are still prohibited. Basically phase 3 and 4 allows the reintroduction of carbs in diet.

Evening Snack
12 raw almonds

So dieter should prepare themselves to avoid the outside food and start preparing the food at home using the coconut oil only. Should follow the diet strictly to gain high benefits.
