AmbiSlim – sleep well and lose weight?

AmbiSlim claims to assist users with more than mere weight reduction – namely, it also helps better sleeping habits. Apparently the two factors - weight loss and good sleep - are connected.

The primary ingredients

Chamomile Extract, Melatonin, Hops Flower, Ashwagandha, Valerian Root, Jujube Extract, Cinnamon Extract, Garcinia Cambogia, Dandelion Root, Magnolia Bark, Chromium Polynicotinate, Guggulsterones, Coleus Forsokhlii, Phenibut, Green Tea, Slimaluma and Passion Flower.

Note: Unlike some other weight loss products, AmbiSlim doesn’t assist thermogenesis, but it still requires regular diet and exercises for the best effects. That’s not surprising – any product claiming otherwise is a fraud!

There are several problems with the AmbiSlim formula, though. To mention some of them hereby:

For instance, green tea’s fat burning powers are well known. However, these studies were not performed on decaffeinated versions of the tea – found in AmbiSlim. Caffeine has been ecluded to add to the AmbiSlim «sleep feature».

Further, there is small or no evidence Garcinia cambogia (hydroxycitric acid or HCA) and guggulsterone are useful for weight loss.

You may see that AmbiSlim weight loss formula is not as astonishing as you might have thought at the first glance. It does contain some very important ingredients, but elimination of caffeine from the green tea casts some doubts about AmbiSlim’s effectiveness – weight loss effectiveness that is.

As for better sleep, there are some useful ingredients here. Valerian root, melatonin, passion flower, chamomile extract and jujube extract are particular useful in aiding natural sleep? But we don’t know their percentage in the formula, since the manufacturer’s website doesn’t contain information related to the issue.

After all, it’s upon you to decide. With so many weight loss supplements around, I doubt you couldn’t find a more appropriate one. But, let those who tried AmbiSlim enlighten us.
